Anti-colonial

Recognizing the colonial legacy inherent in travel, tourism, and study abroad, we prioritize equity in our work and aim to make it anti-colonial. This begins with fair compensation for goods, services, and time from our local partners.

Equitable

We intentionally design our programs with the aim to benefit our local partners as much as we benefit and our students benefit from these experiences. We seek to work with community partners, vendors, and collaborators from marginalized groups, because our partners have shared with us the economic and personal benefits that groups such as ours can bring to their communities. We always prioritize locally-owned businesses in vendor selection.

Affordable

We price our programs to make them as affordable and accessible as possible to students of all economic backgrounds.

Diverse

In our hiring practices we aim to always increase the diversity of our team.
